A Healthier Future
Fragrance and cosmetic regulation is the "wild west" of product health and safety in today's America. Due to weak FDA powers over cosmetics and fragrance ingredients, fragrance regulations at the federal level are few and far between. A growing number of states have enacted legislation to make up for the FDA's woes, but their numbers are not yet large enough to make a national impact. As a result, the majority of the US is stuck with the carcinogens, endocrine disruptors, and toxins that populate their fragrances. Any consumer who wishes to buy safer products cannot be sure of their safety due to the controversial "fragrance" label allowed by the FDA.

With cancer rates rising and the quality of the US healthcare system in jeopardy, there could be no better time to fix this problem.
